All bros & sis..can punt on Maxi-cash 1 for 10 bonus..1 for 5 in Marc 2012 , 1 for 5 in May 2013(this year) and now again after ex-bonus never go < 40cts say at 48-48.5cts theoretical ex-bonus still 43-44cts normally before ex Oct 16,Mr Koh Wee Seng and Koh Lee Hwee will push to 60-62cts...try yr luck and invest at yr own risk but limited downside from here

You hve about $10000 profit from current situation...u never know the long term..a bird in the hand is worth...at leastv take 30lots..buy albedo,likley the next rowsley..the RTO will get 922 ha of Iskandar Land verses Rowsley (9.23ha) only,almost 100times more,the only advantage Rowsley has P.L and RSP Architects..LKY may be true-with 1 stroke of the pen,what u built in Iskandar is still theirs(the Malaysians)..remember CLOB...LKY went on to quote..they forced us to barge sand from Vietnam..see just to make S'pore suffer,,,albeit now the 2 PMs are shaking hands and Tony Tan is visiting them

I holding on 50lots at 0.435. Wonder to cash in when price is good ie 0.67-0.70 or go for warrant which i given 100lots at 0.18c. After which price will drop dramatically. Any advise with layman term will be good?

Run faster than expected..expecting next week for those given 1 week of contra to be fully out..took some profits at 65cts today..the rest to fight

Is the ex date confirmed on 1 oct? I can't find it from SGX website. BTW, the warrant that still got 3 years to exercise, should be trading much higher than 0.18 (my guess ard 0.22 to 0.25)
