only when he/she has a good reason to bet...
In other words, holding is also betting...

Today is the great day for Cosco, but yet it failed to climb up..... It mean gone case.... In fact, the whole markets is gone case too... lol
Sure..I have shorted at 1.13 together with sell..... You can try to short some for fun.... just some... lol
Advisable to short it now and leave it to tmr?
