I'm don't know what this counter going to move in the afternoon.
All I know is that this counter is weak and the market is unstable.
Right now, market are just taking a breather from the sell down.
If you observes, CoscoCorp have not move up at all since the sell down, which could means either sell down coming soon or people are waiting for a reason to push up the price.
I'm hoping for the latter because I'm waiting to short this counter and I want more meat for my short.

I disagree with you.
When people sell down on panic, their confidence is already shaken, so they are unlikely to Buy back.
Those that Buy this on gap down are hoping that price would rise from that level, but their overall Bullishness is weak. So if price continues to fall, they would sell almost immediately.
The shortists are the only one that have confidence in this situation. When price falls, they short. When price gap down, they take profit. If price down goes up as much, they short some more, why? because they are sure that there are more people willing to sell than Buy.
It's your own assumption that lots of people are waiting for the next gap down to buy more, but in reality, there are more people waiting to short after the gap down.
Believe me, I'm in the market long enough to know that you are getting into a bigger losses. Many traders will agree with me.
You should take the next opportunity to cut your losses and exit, instead of averaging down.

my 'framework' is of such..
1) Technical: Volume in the stock (alot of buyers / sellers) = Easy to enter / Easy to dump
2) Technical: Price action (trend, double bottom etc) = Psychology of anticipation
3) Technical: Identify Support / Resistant for potential entry / exit = BBs could be supporting at those prices
4) Technical: Time frame (daily, weekly, mthly, yearly), due to day job, mthly / yearly is possible.
5) Fundamental: Not an accountant by profession, so i look at 'high level' financial statements such as cash /debt, quarterly profits etc.. It's good to ask an accountant fren over coffee as well. )
6) Mindset: More lots if confidence is high, smaller lots if low. Cut loss if anticipated price action didnt go my way (do not need to wait til stop loss is triggered), instinct plays a part here.
7) P/L so far: loses transaction fees + 5% capital, sweet part is winning.
looks like down in the afternoon again....

People do not cut loss because their losses are not hurting enough...
Believe me, when losses are hurting enough, that's when people will
sell... whichis  invariably when their losses are devastatingly big...

This is kind of psychology effect, if more panic selling, it goes down, I am sure lots of people  waiting for next gap down to buy more..me too. but I am still holding mine not cutting lost..bcoz I believe..anyway..
