You know, instead of just flat out disagree-ing you could post WHY you disagree instead. Anyway, I did a bit of digging and although it pains me to say so, it appears that you are right. I was under the mis-conception that a company must allocate the entire amount of its authorised shares when listing. Apparently, that's not the case.

Facts, please.  Don't guess or "agak-agak".

I agree with Benny that there will be dilution. Makes sense because the company will now be accountable to HK share holders as well. Profits will have to be shared out equally among all shareholders SG & HK. Makes sense if you think about it. But that being said, I still think its a good thing. Dual listing will give Midas added liquidity. An important factor for a expanding company.

Smiley Nobody can control the mkt up or down at their whims n fancy n mercy, the mkt forces as a whole is greater than any BBs combine unless tat counter is thinly traded n easily cornered, but definitely not the case for Midas.

Thanks benny for your compliments.

In any case, I m also a mere mortal n I might be right or wrong, thus why I always include a disclaimer "dyodd n BOSAYOR".

Important thing is not to be obstinate or emotional, if need to cut-loss (detect any reversal sign), just cut, preserve ammo 1st n re-assess n fight another day.

let me conclude here... when the stock goes down, some ppl will post in this forum that say "See, i have told you to exit, you didnt hear me".

But, the price goes up, they haha hihi and entered again... pretend that they didnt post anything pertaining to exit Midas.. i have seeen richtan post since early august regarding Midas and when the price touched low to 0.82, richtan always stay faithful to this Midas coz he has confidence in the chart that he draw almost daily...

please dont be naif for those who asked to exit the midas last week.. just admit it that you made mistake.. who on earth never make mistake in stock market ? even warren buffet made mistake last year....

my personal view, if you want to ask ppl to exit share or not, pls post a supporting documents/graph so that everyone will learn sth... this forum got many neewbies like me to learn..

Careful of committing hara-kiri hor, may GOD/Buddha/Allah bless u.

Anyway, u may win today, not surprising if today there is any profit taking, but I m still unperturbed n will not pee in my pants.

Unless at the close, if there is any reversal sign, then I will exit the next day.

Dun get too "big-headed" n self-egoistic, wat makes u think tat forumers here got no ammo to fight against, unless u are Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Arab oil magnate or the likes.

Anyway, no issue.  Not all brokers are that smart.  Thanks Benny for your suggestion.

Midas is now looking good on the charts.  I looked into my orders and found I bought 5 lots this morning and you know I got the lowest price.
