Congras U have made more than double the money after taking into account the 2 free warrants for every 1 share,besides your former price @30cst is still below the current Rowsley 38cts,,either way u made and the bonus warrant will be automatically credited into your cdp by 4 Oct,trading of warrants on 11 Oct..once again Congras

For warrant u don't own the co unlike shares,latter you are a legitimate shareholder with voting rights,Warrants are bought for its gearing as it would track the movement of mother shares,i.e whether mother shares go up,warrants will normally go up by higher percentage.The reverse holds true too.The risk is when u buy warrantsprice and its exercise price is more than the mother shares,no body would exercise to subscribe for the mother shares and the warrants run thr risk of being worthless,upon the 3 year life span.But for those who got the bonus warrants free,the risk is lesser..I am referring to those who intend to buy the warrants when they started trading on 11 Oct> the other advantage of warrant is that it is normally a fraction of the mother shares,hence one can own more warrants with same amount of capital and any capital gains will be expoential and of course the downside for warrants will also be magnified..it works both ways...

My personal take is that rowsley's support price is strong at $0.38. Otherwise, the warrant would have to trade below $0.20 with bid of $0.001 instead of $0.005 like the mother share. To syn movement in mother and warrant, $0.38 is likely the floor price before warrant starts trading. This is my personal view....nothing scientific....... |
