
this yanlord was in a long-term downtrend since aug 2009 but after the super fierce rise from 70 cts to $1.125 in a short few weeks, do u think yanlord had finally reversed it's long-term downtrend to a mid-term uptrend stock now?

This counter has support.. Watch for accumulation at lower levels tomorrow.
yanlord closed at $0.995 today and with the very red dow futures now, so is it u now change to turn bearish on yanlord's short-term and u advocate cutting loss on yanlord tomorow morning for those vested??

Looks like it is getting cheaper now.
Wonder if it can resume climb upwards again given that news on China properties has been negative.
I didn't Buy Yanlord because I missed the entry price.
However, if I've brought it, I would still hold it.
It has to close at or below $0.995 before I cut-loss.
Now just touch and then move up only meh.
BTW, I'm still bullish on Yanlord.

since u wrote cut-loss at 99.5 cts and just now got hit 99 cts , so have u cut loss yr yanlord lots or u still holding on?

Oct 25 (Reuters) - Singapore's Sembcorp Industries Ltd said on Tuesday it will be part of a consortium that will develop 715 hectares of land near the the Chinese city of Nanjing.
Sembcorp said the planned Sino-Singapore Nanjing Eco Hi-tech Island, which sits on an island 6.5 kilometres away from downtown Nanjing, will be developed over a period of eight years.
The parties involved in the project, which includes Singapore-listed China property firm Yanlord Land Group , will soon begin constructing a mixed development comprising an industrial park for research and development, an exhibition centre as well as a waterfront commercial cum residential precinct.
Sembcorp, a conglomerate whose businesses include oil rigs, industrial parks and water plants, is about 49 percent owned by Singapore state investor Temasek . (Reporting by Kevin Lim)
