because of the tightening for the property sector the long term outlook is actually very rosy for china property. but not for short term outlook though...thats why now invest must wait for sometimes before this counter will fly.
How capitaland get shot first leh? China people circle round the cpitaland building in mid air, holding rifles and shoot huh? hahahah! The Olympic effect!

at first when i was doing research on ying li i knew it was a real estate company but it came up solar yingli haha but luckily i found the right company...but yeah i doubt if its yingli usa we would be trading at this price

haha tightening la this counter surely will go up soon but soon dunno when. the recent news really impact china counters(property) quite a bit but i think most will tell u to wait for a while maybe if it falls pass 0.50 cent den buy . must wait lor. wait till china stop their tightening or ease up.
but i must say this time round the decline not as bad as before. at ur own risk ya.I love this counter so i am vested.
