Seems like PL is happy with the current price. Total lack of action apart from tracking the other penny stock downwards during the last couple of days. Abe already well recovered from the sell down but rosy still stucked. Hiazzzz...........
Hope to see mother share reach 40 cts when warrant starts trading. Strong accumulation now.  
steady pushimg up again..recently got some 33-34.5 during Monday's rout ..may contra for this batch ..otherwise hold quite a lot liao
hope the warrants will make a sterling debut :)

if Iskandar take shape sooner ..... suppose even properties in the Woodlands  region will benefit big time ..... regardless residential or commercial .....

Investment is always about timing and location. If you are into Malaysian properties only this year, it is a little late.
Bought during Mahathir's time, then it must have been cursed.
Sweet spot was in 2009/2010.

One thing for sure I will never think to buy any property in Malaysia or any other place except here no matter how cheap and how big. Here I can live in it and enjoy it if I can't gain $$$$$$ from it. I'm happy with my humble HDB flat :)

Certain properties in Penang advertised here have traffic jams almost everyday, worse on weekends and public holidays.
Those birds who still say cheap cheap inspite of the extra tax recently have encouraged the Johor state government to impose another 4-5% tax on the price of the properties for foreigners next year. During Mahathirs time they even backdated the 100k levy on foreigners.
Finally if you manage to rent the tax is a flat 26%. Wait till you deal with the Malaysian Income Tax department in KL. |

One thing for sure I will never think to buy any property in Malaysia or any other place except here no matter how cheap and how big. Here I can live in it and enjoy it if I can't gain $$$$$$ from it. I'm happy with my humble HDB flat :)

My purpose is not to invest directly into property there in Malaysia, in this case iskandar as I do understand the problems that can pop up. The best proxy to ride the wave is to vest either in Rosy or Albe and after looking at both....I chose Rosy becoz it's a smaller project and it has a much better brand and management team with solid backer namely the Sultan of Johor. It's story is also super solid and if iskandar is to be the next big thing then Rosy should greatly benefit from it all. Now it's still very cheap if one is to look at the whole pic. 36cents for RSP, Iskandar project, sultan's and PL's backing. Just keep it for a couple of years, let the hospital and the whole range of iconic buildings spring into place then u see what the price of Rosy will be. I'm aiming to pick up more on dips.

CDP acct is not updated real time. If u buy a stock today, it will not appear in CDP immediately, it will be 3-4 days later that u see it in CDP. I would think it's the same for warrants..issued on the 4th, but reflected in cdp 3-4 days later.
