Its a calculated risk. There are currently about 87pct of shares are held by public,
the larger the public float, the less is the scope for
price manipulation. The biggest stake is their property development in China, if it would materialized smoothly within time frame with the local policy and support. Building bungalows in a tourist belt should be relatively faster then building buildings. But I have no idea if selling bungalows would be more profitable then buildings. Their Singapore investment in eldercare and childcare is the right direction but highly competitive. Again profit margin unknown, but lets look at how NTUC continue to expand their fleets of care centres here, have anyone wonder how much the returns would that be ?

Thank You. Today added another 1mils at 1c. Could be a potential stock for long haul if the management does not disappoint. Have to see their plan for cedar and the progress in every quarter from now. Can't see how a property counter if successfully operated can remain at 1c. :)
