capitaland is the most bearish property counter compared to keppeland or cdl. it have broke the important gateway of $2.39. think Sifu iso will have his predication of $2come true quite soon. i favoured drop to 2.05 after that an rebound and ,after that retest the 1.70 Support?
Getting $2 is just a humble target...... CPL can go much lower than 1.7..... Anyway, Let it see $2 first...lol
properties are cyclic in nature. It will still go up to $4.
If you are stuck with huge losses, then just endure lah. No point cutting now if you dont need cash
