The grp acquired an integrated 11,119km two-core high bandwidth fibre optic network covering 13 provinces and all principal cities in eastern China. With its principal activity as an independent provider of ultra high-capacity data networks to service providers and large business users in China's telecoms and data markets through optical networks.

The acquisition heralded ArianeCorp's entry into the telecommunications industry. Inter-connecting with global networks of Global Crossing to USA. The trunk network is also inter-connected with metropolitan area networks within the same ducting system to reach target customers in main business and industrial centres of 163 cities in China.

Normally i wont buy if net asset is lower den buy price but as mention should be okie. Buying cause im vested in mdr n since now carriernet in involve with singtel.. Pretty much to cover my back lol. All in all will strike gold if singtel win e telco n bring them two in. Worst case... Singtel dun get :(

My thoughts is very simple. This Company has net asset per share of approximate 0.027 based on 31 Dec 2012 financial position. Although the price now is near its peak for the past 5 years, the Company is doing good business and have good prospect. Certainly the Company will continue to make profit for 1st Quarter of 2013 and moving forward with all the contracts with Singapore telcos. There are also big players being its shareholders.

If we never join the queue, we will never get a share of the yummy yummy cake....
