Assuming STI continues to stick around the Ave 12-mth forward PE line, it should head for 3450 by end-June and 3600 by year-end. That’s an average pace of 45pts/mth, much more gradual than the c.145pts/mth momentum that lifted it from 2945 in mid-Nov last year to 3320 by 4th Feb. While STI’s major rising trend stays intact, we think a short-term consolidation has likely started that can resulted in a further dip to 3207 in coming weeks before the rising trend continues.

 

It is just beginning of the year and the STI already 3,271 points, expect further corrections.

And today will be the last day of the big sale for now, hopefully.

In tis world, no 1 can predict mkt's movemt 100% correctly.
There r experts sounds v calm.
But smtimes they  oso bull shit.
Mkt now oredi v weak.
Plus a lot of pple dun hv confidents in mkt anymore.
Give mkt  a break.
Let those pple dat hv no pwr / patient hold sell off their holdings 1st.
Stick @ ur present Watch List's Counters.
Dun look @ Indexes unless ur Counters r Blue Chips.
Always treat ur  Watch List's Counters  like ur wife / husband / babies.
Try talk 2 them.
Trust urself, & dun give up them.
& they'll give u signals 1 day.
Even if they r hving period oso'll tell u.

If u found cheap & hv pwr hold.
Buy a bit & keep.
If drop again, dun care & leave it there.
A few days later again u found cheap.
Buy when u hv pwr hold.
Cos u muz belief.
Mkt'll turn gd.
Look @ yr Mar2009 & Sep2009 u'll noe.
Dun care abt indexes, qtr earning losses & mkt crash.
Wat we r scared's Counters suddenly suspended.
But make sure ur Counters there got BBs inside drawing a up / dwn trend chart.

Always rmbr, monies can grow monies.
Healthy corrections r expected.
