I keep doing money cost averaging! The prospect of China railway super growth development is absolutely sustainable, it is one of the main infrastructure development programme by central PRC's Government that can't be ruled out!

In this case, only a statement from MIDAS that they are not the involving party.  6% yesterday, now another 4%.

Midas: Nomura downgrade Midas Holdings to ‘Neutral’ from ‘Buy’, and reduces TP HK$5.90/S$0.97 from HK$7.20/S$1.18, noting that Co’s future growth is at risk amid the uncertainties in China’s high-speed railway development…
House view that recent Railway news is purely negative for the whole railway sector, as minister has been extremely bullish on China high-speed railway construction during his tenure. While already started projects are not likely to be terminated and train procurement orders are unlikely to be withdrawn, long-term railway development now faces more policy risks, which could cause a shrinkage in PE multiples for the whole sector. |

If Midas is not involve, the PR should make press statement immediately that they are not involved and clam investor sentiment...but it looks like they are asking around..Hmmm What is new in a Guangxi business environment
In this case, only a statement from MIDAS that they are not the involving party.  6% yesterday, now another 4%.

Multiple Listed Company and Midas is definitely one of the player in this industry and Public listed? So use your brain now or use your faith? The choice is yours
The other is that Luo Jinbao (罗 金 保 ), the former chairman of both the China Railway Container Transport Corp. Ltd. (CRCT) and the listed China Railway Tielong Container Logistics Co., Ltd.. The Economic Observer reported on the investigation into Luo Jinbao by the CCDI in early January this year.
The cases reveal that corruption involving vast sums in China's high-speed rail sector, with almost 10 billion Chinese yuan involved and multiple listed companies implicated, the reprecussions could go as far as to shake up the organization of the country's railway system
ppl think MIdas could be involved?

Sacked Chinese Rail Minister under investigation in graft case K J M Varma Beijing, Feb 14 (PTI) Chinese Railway Minister Liu Zhijun, who was removed from party post following corruption charges, is now under investigation for his links with a high profile businesswoman who supplied equipment for the country''s fast developing high speed railway network. Liu, 58, who was the Railway Minister since 2003, is the most senior Chinese official to come under investigation for corruption charges and has been removed from a key Communist Party post two days ago and is being investigated for " severe violation of discipline" . Liu''s fall is directly linked to an earlier government investigation into a Ding Shumiao, a businesswoman from Shanxi province who made a fortune by supplying high-speed railway equipment, state-run Global Times daily reported today. Ding owned Beijing Broad Union Investment Management Group which has stakes in the Wuhan-Guangzhou and several other high speed railway projects launched in 2009. Chinese Railway embarked on a massive expansion during the long tenure of Liu, who was a career official in the rail sector. Besides being a Minister, he is also a member of the party''s central committee. Chinese Railways, regarded as the world''s largest network, last year had a budget of USD 106 billion and according to official reports the Ministry was set to spend similar amount this year mainly focussing on the high speed network, which is dramatically reducing travel times between the key cities despite criticism from public that the fares were extremely costly and unaffordable. Liu has also overseen expansion of high speed network abroad in countries like Iran. His younger brother Liu Zhixiang, who was also a senior railway official, received a suspended death sentence for hiring an individual to kill a man who accused him of corruption charges. Wang Yukai, an anti-corruption expert at the Chinese Academy of Governance, said Railway Minister''s dismissal could possibly speed up a fundamental reform of the railway system. " It''s high time to split the Ministry of Railways and separate its government functions from its enterprise management, and let them fall under the Ministry of Transport," he told Global Times. Corruption can easily occur if the ministry is both the " resource owner and manager" , he said.
