This counter was once the gems which many analysts had given very high recommendation with TP >90 cents to $1.

Ever since China started to curb the property market with the introduction and tightening of the policies, together with the PIGS issue in Europe, it continues to slide gradually over time. Initially I have this in my radar screen until recently.

Now with the bad financial result and I see no potential for this counter to rise beyond it current price in the short to medium term. I have now kept this in the cold storage.

This is just my 2 cents worth of opinion.

I neither own, short or plan to buy this counter in the near future.

I've no intention to create any panic nor I think I can create a panic here.

I analyze this counter because there has been a lot of talk on it and I want to find out how this company is doing.

As for the director holdings, if you are to go back 2 years of so, you will find some directors are slowly reducing their shareholdings from above 60% to currently around 37%.

This could be a small issue, I just like to see directors holding or buying more shares rather than selling them.

My postings are just my personal views only. Please don't take them as a Buy or Sell signal.

Buy and sell once a month, or once every three months,  is also trading.

On shorting, one should never, never do any shorting until, and only until, one has

mastered longing.

It is just like in bowling... thus:

If a person does not even know how to accomplish a strike,

wouldn't it be silly for him/her to attempt a difficult split spare?

But if he/she is adept at producing strikes, then the ability to finish the spare

comes naturally ie. without additional thought...

 

haha i did shorting that one time for fun as i say i am a long time investor haha dun do trading like u all cause take up too much time n must be fast n can take e up down of market. for me i am prepare to invest n hold for at least 3 years. shorting not for me dun have the attention span to stare at screen

Regardless of residential/commercial developer, at a time of China's ppty boom, it incur losses? 

Which sets of report card are we looking at? I once learned that most S-chips have ---2.

 

Business is all about earning money....making profit...making fantasy come true..............

Thot got report that this counter will be reporting a lost but instead it reported earn less....not so bad....

It's counter may react to the result ...... if it is not being response earlier.
