judging by the 26d MACD, 14d Stochastic &   14d RSI, this stock is definitely on uptrend. However, the weekly MACD is still below 0, suggesting a short-term uptrend before it's triggered for a retrace. Once the 200day MA is being crossed, 1 may see  the stock price  rising to even $1.50 in the near future, coupled recently with the good news of Peter Lim, Wee Ee Chao & other big boys in the game. Of course, if there's no huge volume pushing across the 200day MA, the stock is set to go back temporarily to probably $1.07 - $1.10 before divergence to a continual uptrend again. Disclaimer.. China property market is definitely being controlled, but some say the China government is supporting their own property market, preventing it from hard landing.
