Buy | 82.5 cents
DMG maintains its rating and $1.20 price target, pegged to 20X FY11 P/E, amid uncertainty over China's railway sector after the dismissal of the country's Railways Minister for a " severe violation of discipline" . House says after weekly decline, the share price of the aluminium alloy maker is approaching valuation support at minus one-standard deviation historical P/B of 1.8X, " which offers a compelling entry point" .
Those who comment so negative must have shorted... Today onwards you may need to panic covering back your position... lol...
I get and understand your points. Anyway, I am not that comfortable, because by sending you my share holding data may in some large extent, mislead your judgement. So sorry about that.

Credit Suisse was actually caught off guard.. Now it is time to propagate more damage control and waiting to unload their holdings. Unless we heard personally from MIDAS BOD, we will not believe.. Meantime I also come out with comment that Midas is now on Fire Sale @

  | Credit Suisse keeps Midas at Outperform limited earnings risk |
| WRITTEN BY DOW JONES & CO, INC     | | THURSDAY, 17 FEBRUARY 2011 16:00 |
Credit Suisse keeps Midas Holdings (5EN.SG) at Outperform with $1.20 fair value. The house says Midas’ shares have come under pressure in recent days, on the back of press reports that China’s Minister of Railways is being investigated over an alleged ’severe violation of discipline.  “Investors are likely concerned that this may indicate a change in China’s railway growth model, which could slow order momentum. We expect further clarity in the coming months, but given the new minister’s commitment to continue with plans for railway system expansion, while prioritizing safety and quality standards, we believe Midas is better advantaged given its strong track record in China and customer certifications.”    The house estimates Midas’ order book is supported by CNY1 billion in contracts, contributing 60%/20% of FY11/FY12 revenue estimates “For now, we see limited earnings risk, given expectation of further orders into the year.”
Shares are off 3.5% at $0.820.
