china now diff from yrs back when i tried.

ppl now go for long terms relationship

i heard this buz model will reach sg openly soon but be careful dont anyhow invest becos many will be scam promising good returns

i still believe dont invest unless u know the ppl here

dont be like those geneva, gold guaranteeeeeeed members lose money wanna find PM to settle for them, just plain stupidity. thinking pm got time for them. they will lost the case anywhere becos those scamers got the fine prints nicely cover their ass liao.

btw dont anyhow invest in china if u not here urself too becos there is this market talks " sgrean r naive n gullible" believing in everything others tell them, n believing in ppl wearing nice clothing w big cars n has convention in hotel function hall. so be careful

actually i n few sgrean just bought few completed units from the redeveloper (sound gangho) n we just adv in local newspaper to solicit tenants.

i only go for students in uni, other ppl may just rent out to whoever or whatever knocks on their doors.

in GZ nobody cares who the investors although law say cannot. my investment for tat few units is merely sgd 70K

we engage a agent there to collect rental.   so far i got back sgd12K le.

the rent is good becos in big cities rental very very expensive it is more expensive in our units psf but long queue waiting.

my frenz rents short term his rents r 5 times mine he is a happy man but i cant tahan his units like garbage bins but he doesnt care he alrdy recoup everything liao.

mine units still got hello kitty stickers (very new) in the room lol

in vietnam n myanmar there r lobangs for garaguni stuffs.

but sgrean dont like to get associated with this name so u know who profited from this? china ppl working in sg as hawkers helper, construction workers, etc

i get to know this becos my frenz asked me got spoilt machine parts in sg or not? then i realized tat undeveloped countries very keen in Sg " spoilt" machine becos we throw them away once it spoilt n this garaguni will collect them n sell, NOT AS SCRAP METAL, to them. they will repair n resell at high price as, PRODUCT FROM SG.

so there r many lobang out there, n i just started to realize. thanks to recent boom in stock mkt render me with no shorting opportunity.......

so i think most sgrean will be " rich" if they keep getting their pay cheque but the real rich one r those in buz (they maybe FT working humbly as workers but part time in buz)

Transparency is obviously a must in any  market esp a small one like SGX.   It has shown that even the authorities at the exchange (or CDP)   felt there was a lack of it, so they are " going to mark sell orders" as one area hopefully giving some semblance of " transparency" ..   Could anyone explain to forumers what is " marking of sell order" ?

I know in overseas market esp the US, when you intend to sell short, you have pull the menu that indicates that what you are doing is selling short.   Only the person and the brokerage, and inevitably the exchange,   know that the order is a short order.

I wonder from Monday onwards (11 March 2013) what is the method of marking a sell short order?   Can any broker/remisier on the forum kindly explain? Thanks and cheers.

Marking of Sell Orders

From 11 March 2013, SGX will require the marking of sell orders on its securities markets to further enhance transparency of market activities. SGX will publish daily reports on the total value and volume of short sales for each counter the next trading day, based on short sale data collected on the previous trading day.
