Which stock did not fall during that time ?

even DBS fall from 20 plus dolars to just below $10 remember?

OUB also fell to around $14..........then..

So that period is a dark period just recently. Lehman brother collapsed.............retiree loose their life saving betting on Bonds that become zero when lehman brother collapsed.. many bond holders were told that, their return may become ZERO . Many investors wants their money back, the bank have a hard time......... those are darkest history in financial sector. The worst.........but its noted, only after OBAMA came on...the world..improves. By committing Trillions on building up its economy, creating jobs. Etc etc...........

Good time can always turn bad, some Big country are known to go to war  with hidden agenda such as, their failing economy which are seen to be hopeless case, sacrifice life in attempt to create miracles...........

as they say " good time never last" cherish or rip the best u can when the time is good.:)

many of you went thru the ups and the downs, the happy times and the regrets...............

But the fact remains, even if you deny, its a fact, We hardly learnt from the past,  many times, We see our profits from very high to looses... :)... then it happens again.............

The mistake we made is that We thought and got the gut feel that, it will be even better..... but,  it never did.... then when the better times come again.......... same thing. we thought it  would get  better, it looks like it...then we were wrong again.......

certain thing in life, not say we never learnt, its hard top apply :)
