Long or short, one has to be quick in decision making. Dont think of getting the best deal. If the price is right, just click the mouse. Good luck. |

The market sentiment for this counter is still negative. The valuation for this counter is actually below the second resistance of the 3.40 range. Under the backdrop of the decline in the other major markets in us, europe, the property sector is bound to suffer. Southwards' the direction to go, with lots of room. Expect some technical rebounds, but the general trend over the next few weeks is a bear.
actually, i am comparing the capital land and kep land.... they start around the same price when i started trading this year....property stock counters...3.5-3.6 range
now kep land is so high and capital land is far away.... looking at the recent prices diff.... it seems whether to keep for short term or continue to hold for long is good to buy capital land.... but what is the lowest points. i needed bsiong to guide me a little here and there !

Agreed.3.5 is not far away...while indicators are near oversold now
But usually, when the price rises,
people will buy (or hold) instead ...
they do not believe in or understand
the concept of trend (both ways)...
If you short, make sure you only short at meaty and juicy heights...
and don't short when it is already going down...
