last 2 days busy reading all the news tat i had missed when away in GZ.

notice many sgrean interested in oversea properties since mr cow imposed harsh regulations on our property mkt.

well, in china many rich men, thru watever means becoming rich, also chiong US & Europe properties resulting in positive impact in gdp of these countries.

the different between Sgrean n chinese are: these chinese go US/EU personally in groups n engage chinese agents to source their investment

whereas our cute sgrean go to our hotel to meet those salemen to buy properties overseas  

tat y when i m in GZ they r saying Sgrean very easy to con.......

their investments basically r for rental, n collected on their behalf by a investment coy, no problems meh, cant see any problems meh, haha

ok let me give some scenerio n those investors just asked urself how u handle these situation:

1) investment coy increase management fees, u ok

2) investment coy go bust, how u continue collect rents? u engage another one? wat fees they charge u since u r in 10,000km away

  3) tenants dont pay rent, u think u can chase them out? if no u bring them to court? how many yrs the proceeding will last? u think like in sg, chop chop, oral sex case closed in 6 months type of proceedings.

4) get into trouble then can ask PM Lee to settle for u?

hahaha just go n invest n let ppl do the job for u lar, where got no hard work just pump in $$$ can sit back n relax one.

my coffin units i need to go there few time to solve problems till now all those hooligan keep away from me........
