My friend runs a security company that provide security guards to estate management companies to man their condominiums.

Starting pay mandatory by gov is min $1300 (can go higher) and you are given training courses regularly.   Not bad for elderly people who feel dull and lonely who needs a job. No age limit, even 70 years old also can, I was told.

recently i din short mkt liao i busy in GZ. actually i tot of working partime in kopi shop or NTUC or petrol kiosk to get back the feeling of being alive....but my kids strongly object becos ......i hvnt written my will? maybe lol
