As i said before, cooling measures , be it in singapore or china, is not fool-proof , it is merely a Procedure, which , making some people's life rather difficult and at the same time, making others gertting richer and richer.
The cash rich China's people, will flop to whichever country (e.g. HongKong or Singapore) that has introduced so call " COOLING MEASURES" , the cycle goes round and round, it boils down to whether , can one afford to buy properties and speculate in the midst of the property cooling measures all over the world.
It is a cycle of nature.... Government can only mimimise the effect... History tells...
The govt will not allow this to happen. Be positive and things will certainly be ok.
Hahahhaha... bubble burst Capitaland worth $1? Can't quite rule out that possibility.

Property price in Singapore and China will likely to correct, but with the requirement of high upfront down payment, doubt it will bubble burst like in the case of US.
Only time will tell, but I think the revenue from property sales should remain relatively stable for this year.
Being wary of a bubble and knowing
when it will burst are two different things. In the meantime, its right to be scepticals about the property sector, yet, stay tune when everyone else is fearful. :)
