Anyway, i am seeing property counter should  shoot pass the previous high (in long term till 2012),  for, at the moment,   singapore has provided the safe and sound environment for property   investments compared to elsewhere.

Actually by TA and FA..... CPL is in downtrend....  It will not  see $4 again before seeing $2.....

 

ppl are throwing becos of uncertainty. on the other ppl will keep on buying when uncertainty disappear.

I can only say certain TA tools  work well in certain counter... Fit the counter with the correct tools.... And anticipate before it happen or form.... Enjoy...

 

Miss the boat...guess even in-depth TA dun help in this irrational market.

 

Thanks for all the TA analysis...Fri closing down just CONFIRM very weak signal in uptrend. Trade with caution on this downtrend.

 

Still no sign of reversal yet for CapitaLand. However, Capitaland may rebound from this 50% FR.

This still apply when i write this long ago. STI  show RSI(Retarted Sick Idex) + MACD(Mango And Coconut Divergence) + SAR + Bollywood Bands + Shoik Oscillator + Idiot Wave + William % Retarted + Momentum and with Molest Average of 500 days, it show gone case liao. And with Three white soldiers playing 6P with Three black crows, doji hammer heavily for a dead cat bounce, afternoon star aiming at hanging man to cause massive breakout. After i studied 3 whole night of TA, i know  STI gone case liao, i wish my expertise in TA had help u all. Cheers!!!

Now is not the time to Buy anything for long-term.

STI is already in a gradual down-trend.

Most likely there's going to be a crash either end this year or next year.

This is the year for Long-Term Investors are getting out.

If you want to Buy for Long-Term, wait after the crash then Buy. That would be either 2013 or later.

This is just my personal opinion. Don't take it too serious.
