As long as the location and the environment are good... HDB should be enough... buy private for investment... Shop for housing only when you see many housing agents switched job.... lol... Anyway, I see at least 30% drop from peak...

They will need to hold another 10year before they can profit from it.... A long painful cyclical cycle.... More pain when mortgage interest go up (believe by year end or next year)....
