the general advise here is to stay out for now. Do not be seduced by the cheap price. Its better to wait out the bloodletting and go in later when things are rosy again.

Why the impatience to get slaughtered??

NOL is in a confirmed downtrend which ever way you look at it (check out the weekly charts, not daily!) and the best piece of advice I was given by a truly great trader and master of technical analysis was "never own a stock that is in a confirmed downtrend.." Period.

When does it become worth buying again? When the market says so, as shown by the change in trend of the stock (on a weekly chart basis) as well as many other indicators.

To 2nd guess when it will turnaround or at what price it becomes "cheap" is indeed playing a risky game, unless you are an absolute master of market cycles applied to time and price. Resistance and support levels will show you something being slightly more probable, but anyone who second guesses this and trades without confirmation of a new direction is indeed very, very brave...

IC...

from the TA charts, I can't really see a BUY situation yet. The RSI and A/D chart point to a strong and sustained downtrend over the next couple of weeks, I think.

We'll see what happens when it reaches 1.20 or 1.30 as you say...
