very contradicting, how to short the stock higher and how can one isolator has strenght to push the stock higher??.....please teach all of us your special skill

Thats because you only tell people to short but you never do short yourself. Had you done so you will be very very scary indeed.

Anything below $3.60 is still good to buy..

I hav no positions in Capitaland because i'm in learning mode on reading situations like this in case downtrend goes on too long & it wants to reverse when i enter shorts. That would make me really scared. I see resistance abv 3.55, touch 3.6-3.62 its a clear s for me.

Value emerging for property stocks
Have property stocks fallen sufficiently this year? JP Morgan seems to think so. In a 60-page report dated Mar 24, the research house has upgraded the Singapore property sector from underweight to overweight largely because it believes the market is discounting physical market price declines of 12-40% which are too bearish.
The FT ST Real Estate Index (693.4) is down 6% since Jan 3 and down 5% with dividends, performing worse than the STI which is down 5% and 4% with dividends. The FT ST REIT Index, on the other hand, is down just 4% and only 2% with dividends.
Overall, the sector is trading at close to one standard deviation below the average long-term discount to RNAV while individual stocks are trading at discounts to JP Morgan’s RNAV estimates by between 19% and 52%, the report points out. Top on JP Morgan’s buy list include CapitaLand and City Developments which are trading at a discount to RNAV of 38% and 17% respectively. Small cap players like Allgreen Properties, Guocoland, Wheelock Properties and Wing Tai Holdings are also trading at a discount to RNAV (see table below).

warning...dont get shot by shorting. Foreign fund is moving into China related stock now.. Buying Capitaland will be on the BB radar screen as it has big business in China. Look at Yanlord which has gone up while some traders try to talk it down.
