Sound Global has clinched a RMB88m wastewater recycling
contract in Haicheng, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, in the
PRC. The project has a designed treatment capacity of 80,000
tonnes of wastewater per day. The investment will be
undertaken under the Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) format
with a concession period of 30 years. The project aims to
provide services to entities such as power generation plants.
This new contract will boost YTD wins to RMB1.68b. Maintain
HOLD with target price S$0.94.

PROJECT IN LIAONING PROVINCE, PRC
The Board of Directors of Sound Global Ltd. ("Sound Global" or the "Company")
wishes to announce that it has signed another contract with respect to a wastewater recycling project in Haicheng, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, in the PRC on 30 November 2010. The project has a designed treatment capacity of 80,000 tonnes of wastewater per day. The investment will be undertaken under the Build, Operate and Transfer ("BOT") format with a concession period of 30 years. The estimated total investment of the project is approximately RMB88 million (US$13.2 million) and the tariff charged for the service rendered is RMB1.50/tonne. The project aims to provide services to entities such as power generation plants in Fushun and create a green city through optimizing the use of water.Sound Global’s
