The Board of Directors of Healthway Medical Corporation Limited (the “ Company ” or “ HMC ” and together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) wishes to announce that the Company would like to propose an additional distribution in specie to shareholders of the Company (“ Shareholders ”) of up t o 675,324 HMD s hares (“ HMD Shares ”) held by the Company representing up to 3.38% of the issued share capital of HMD (“ Proposed Additional Distribution ”) .
They are giving out more dividend in specie of HMD shares to current Healthway medical shareholder.

Looks like this counter is bullish at this low price. Watch this move up in th next few sessions
Year over year, Healthway Medical has been able to grow revenues from $78.2M SGD to $81.2M SGD. Most impressively, the company has been able to reduce the percentage of sales devoted to cost of goods sold from 84.67% to 80.90%.
Moving up expected this week. 9.8 cents target price

... 22 Feb to 11 Mar there was strong distribution (price lower with high vol)...
... 12 Mar to 22 Mar, the accumulation is weak (price higher with low vol) .....
... that would indicate the recent uptrend could be fragile .... worth monitor further ....

Healthway cannot compare with Raffles medical... but healthway does have potential.
