CNA gets S$10.6 million project to renovate, upgrade and expand Ho Chi Minh City?s airport
 Airport business steadily growing

Second airport-related project for 2013

Singapore, 2 September 2013: Singapore?s homegrown Master System Integrator (?MSI?), CNA Group Ltd. (?CNA? or ?the Group?) has signed a Letter of Award (?LOA?) via its Vietnamese subsidiary, CNA-HTE Vietnam Co. Ltd (?CNA-HTE?) to renovate, upgrade and expand Ho Chi Minh City?s Tan Son Nhat International Airport?s domestic terminals for approximately S$10.6 million (the ?Project?).
CNA will be providing Mechanical, Engineering and Plumbing (?MEP?) solutions including air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection, electrical, plumbing and sanitary and providing extra low voltage systems for the airport?s new two-storey domestic terminal building. CNA will also upgrade the airport?s existing domestic terminal which includes a new bus terminal building, VIP lounge as well as a roof upgrade.

Commenting on the Project, Group CEO and President, Mr Michael Ong said: ?This project will enhance our airport-related projects experience in Vietnam and will also beef up our portfolio to tender for other upcoming airport-related projects tenders in Vietnam.?

The Project is CNA?s second airport-related project in South East Asia clinched this year and is also CNA-HTE?s largest airport-related MEP project to date. The Group was recently awarded a contract from Laos Airport Authority in April this year for a Common Use Terminal Equipment (?CUTE?) solution in Luang Prabang Airport for a 15-year term based on a per-passenger concession fee.

?I believe that airport-related projects will be the engine of our growth this year and as we steadily grow airport-related projects business, I look forward to hearing more exciting news on this front,? Mr Ong concluded.

The Project will increase CNA?s order book of S$63.6 million as at 30 June 2013 to approximately S$74.2 million as at the same date.

It is expected to be completed in October 2014 and will contribute to the revenue and profits of the Group?s financial year ending 31 December 2013.
