I attended the recent AGM..this is indeed a good co....I notice many stock options given to directors not exercised yet and the max exercise price is $1.50 and now that OZ Fund has bought recently at $1.56...looks like the floor price is around here..unlikley  can sell at $2.00 but also unlikley the price will drop below $1.33 the last price sale in July 2011 by STX Europe...so if say Greece exit from Euro..another  financial malestrom or meltdown it's good to acquire this stock.Today is May 16 by end of the day all its shareholders will be getting the fat dividends including STX Europe,,latter ready to sell again

SOURCE: CIMB, COMPANY REPORTS
According to M& A intelligence service, mergermarket, the group’s Korean parent could soon announce the preferred bidder for its controlling 50.75% stake in STX OSV. It is reported that three bidders are left in the fold, including Italy’s cruise-ship builder, Fincantieri and private-equity firm Carlyle. According to its latest financials, Fincantieri appears to have the debt headroom to acquire STX OSV.
We think that a bid could touch at least S$1.60/share. Indeed, Och-Ziff could already have signalled a floor price or minimum bid when it increased its stake to 21% from 20% at an average cost of S$1.59/share, as estimated by the volume-weighted average price. Recall that Och-Ziff acquired its 18.3% stake in STX OSV for S$1.33/share in Jul 11. It has a key role to play in the sale process as the STX Group has a bilateral lock-up agreement with Och-Ziff whereby it will not dispose of additional shares until 12 Nov 12, with " certain limited exceptions" . That said, the sale process is far from conclusive and the situation remains fluid.
