Gone Tel/CON Tel..Name changed is a sign that Yuuzzo may have aborted the RTO.

This was spoken and announced before as part of the restructuring cum RTO by Yuuzoo.
And to answer some forumers about the name change, technically and by law, I think the name change to Yuuzoo can only be effected by Yuuzoo itself. So I think this will happen later on or at the beginning of the next cycle of things.

Share consolidation 5 to 1 will be exercised after the capital reduction. Cheers!
The purpose of capital reduction is for cleaning up the books, as of 31 Mar 2013: 58mil accumulated loss less share premium 35mil, less 16mil from capital reduction, left 7mil losses. The balance will be equal to the amount of paid up capital of the company. It is part of the process for RTO to happen.

The capital reduction does not affect the total value of the company, or it has an influence on the shareholders’ equity. Finally the SGM is announced, to be held on Aug 30.
