CarrierNet Global Ltd and together with its subsidiaries, is pleased to announce together with its whollyowned subsidiary. Polaris Network Pte. Ltd. have today signed a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with Juzz1 Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd and the shareholders of Juzz1 Holdings, namely, Teo Ngee Hua and Lee Jessie respectively, setting out their agreement on the key commercial terms for the sale by Juzz1 Holdings to Polaris Network of the retailing computer hardware and accessories and software business of Juzz1 Holdings, as a going concern, together with all the specified tangible and intangible assets, liabilities and receivables relating thereto, free from all encumbrances, liens and charges.
The Board considers that the MOU, in line with the Group’s business strategy and expansion plan, will offer a good opportunity to the Group to broaden its business and revenue base in the future. The Board also considers the transaction contemplated by the MOU is beneficial to the Company and its shareholders as a whole. |

The AGM over? propose resolution is it approved by the shareholders? o.O
Capital growth will be fast, and ROI will be high, I think. But everyone needs to do his own research and not just listen to anybody in SJ forum because investment decisions are made solely on investors' own due diligence, and what is said in the forum could be biased. Huat arh!!.

If I am not wrong, the company provides trunk network connections for global telecommunications services via their " systems" . Big potentials for fast future growth. Can see how judging from big guys like Singtel & M1, turning to their services. In China, it is doing big in 13 provinces, providing telecommunications bandwidth. (Summarized from SGX Website). So I think it is worth my adding more, right?

If I am not wrong, the company provides trunk network connections for global telecommunications services via their " systems" . Big potentials for fast future growth. Can see how judging from big guys like Singtel & M1, turning to their services. In China, it is doing big in 13 provinces, providing telecommunications bandwidth. (Summarized from SGX Website). So I think it is worth my adding more, right?
