Finally received the circular for SGM. 3.2mil out of 5mil from Tranche 1 convertible notes will be used to finance the expenses related to proposed RTO. 20mil from Tranche 2 to 4 will be used for proposed acquisition of IAH.

I have experienced my capital gone 97% in 1 counter. It was a very sad one. Yuuzoo failed once in order to get listed, if it fails again for the second time, I am not sure what they have in mind.

This was spoken and announced before as part of the restructuring cum RTO by Yuuzoo.
And to answer some forumers about the name change, technically and by law, I think the name change to Yuuzoo can only be effected by Yuuzoo itself. So I think this will happen later on or at the beginning of the next cycle of things.
