胡 澤 民 表 示 ， 落 實 出 售 91無 綫 代 表 終 止 分 拆 91無 綫 的 建 議 ， 但 強 調 出 售 是 對 股 東 最 好 的 決 定 ， 至 於 自 宣 佈 出 售 後 ， 網 龍 股 價 累 跌 兩 成 多 ， 他 相 信 沽 貨 的 都 是 投 機 型 的 投 資 者 。 網 龍 與 百 度 昨 日 正 式 就 交 易 訂 立 協 議 ， 但 最 終 仍 須 股 東 投 票 。 另 外 ， 早 前 入 股 91無 綫 的 電 盈 （ 008） 主 席 李 澤 楷 及 「 紅 籌 之 父 」 梁 伯 韜 ， 將 因 交 易 於 半 年 快 賺 逾 四 倍 ， 分 別 獲 利 逾 5億 元 及 5,000萬 元 。

will acquire the entire issued and outstanding YuuZoo Corporation (?YuuZoo?) share capital and
options from the YuuZoo share and options holders, by way of exchange for new Contel
shares, the Company will make further announcements on the development of the proposed
transaction, where appropriate.
