GO Rowsley... Break through 0.50 2morrow

Hi Juice ,
Its not really easy to calculate fair value because there are factors which we cannot control that are important in the calculation. However, if we do not consider those factors, then the maths become really simple.
1st get the percentage returns which is Earning per share (EPS) divided by Current Stock Price. eg. Stock X is now $1 and EPS is $0.09 therefore the answer is 0.09= 9%
2nd Choosing your fair value percentage - This is the complicated part. I usually add 3%(some choose 4%) to current government bonds which is arround 2-3% at the moment. Therefore you can say that for Stock X to be at fair value, the returns must be 3+3=6%
3rd -Use proportion - 9% divide by 6% then multiply by Stock Current Price ($1) = $1.5
Therefore for a profit of $0.09 per share(the EPS), the fair value of Stock X is $1.50.
In my humble opinion, you should not buy a stock based on its fair value - I prefer to make money not only when my stocks reached overvalued level.
As for charts, I followed a 3 simple rules - 1. volume must be high. 2 Its above its moving average and 3. The candlestick is a perfect T.
Regards
Rowsley finishing 38.5c on a strong note and very strong support at 38c.
