Sheng Siong signs 5-year Thomson lease

Sheng Siong Goup on Friday announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Sheng Siong Supermarket Pte Ltd has signed a five-year lease agreement for a new store in Upper Thomson.

Termed the Thomson Imperial Court Supermarket, the premises measure approximately 11,000 sq ft, and will be leased between Dec 12, 2011 and Dec 11, 2016 with two consecutive options to renew the lease for additional periods of three years each.

The supermarket is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2011.
