I actually fully agree with you in a sense. But NOL have large followers(fans). It was a $4++ stock. Our former PM was once one of its executive.
Its doing badly of late. Just few months back its was hoovering $2. Analysis then give Its target to $2.50.
Many of this analysis anticipation usually not many choon one.
PPL whom listen to their report must be sitting on huge paper lost and just hope NOL can recover.
But given the bad news of late and its huge lost.........have to wait long long..... Many punters strongly believe NOL is like Titanic - The unsinkable. Therefore many is wiling to put their $$$ on it.... and as said the up movement despite loosing money testify to the " large fan base" .
...... Oil price eats into its profit........ its hard to recover when the oil price keep jacking upwards............ but see some temperary ease yesterday only... all still waiting to be unfold if NOL can make it.. But if they make another announcement to tell their share holders of expected lost report......... than again ppl will dump one more time... after that..........some other fans will pick it up and move up again ...and it repeats.. as long as it exist.. NOL is one of the top 5 shipping company im tn the World.. Marsk just reported super huge lost...of more then 10 BILLIONS. Thats mamoth....

I thought Cosco and YZJ both side by side goes up. almost same price. along the last 2 month, both overtook one another turn by turn. Its only after Cosco's financial report came out that ppl dump. and now its at a low compare to YZJ which is just anticipating the result release tonight after trading close.
I am sure Cosco holders whom bought at high of above 1.30+ would feel it had endangered them as they make paper lost now if not sold when it was at a peak before its disappointing result was released.
However analysis have justified their expectations.
All your reasoning were merely gut feel type.not based on real facts. :)
My best guess was you guys get off too early ?

ya..can share y cosco safer? and that's wat i feel too that the yzj has limited upside since it has up so much lately from 90c range to 1.30 within 1 to 2 mths time

It was 28th den change to 29th and latest was 1st March. Tonight is Noble result....
Some say 28th. Another say 29. Now I hear you say 1st March.
Should be around...this time...maybe today after Trade day close. Or could be afternoon ... not sure.

YZJ results today? Thought will be 1st March...
Compare to normal day, today considered very small volume but it moves up. If big volume and....in anticipating good news...it would fly 6 or 7 cts up usually... BUT this market now is like no energy... wait and see ...... need one more Green DOW up day... if tonight DOW green.. the rest of the week would be positive.... I think.
Just speculating..
As DOW was slightly red pass few session..
Just need one solid green tonight... the market sentiment would change to ++
else it'll be - - :).
