BU in Singapore, Sell to HK
Currently, all the Shares are registered on the Singapore Principal Share Register. For the
purpose of trading on the SEHK, the Shares must be registered on the Hong Kong
Branch Share Register. Shares may be transferred between the Singapore Principal Share
Register and the Hong Kong Branch Share Register. An investor who wishes to trade on the
SGX-ST must have his Shares registered on the Singapore Principal Share Register and an
investor who wishes to trade on the SEHK must have his Shares registered on the Hong
Kong Branch Share Register by removing them from the Singapore Principal Share Register
to the Hong Kong Branch Share Register. A resolution has been passed by the Directors
authorizing the removal of Shares between the Singapore Principal Share Register and the
Hong Kong Branch Share Register as may from time to time be requested by the members of
the Company.
CHINA XLX FERTILISER TO START TRADING TOMORROW ON HONG KONG STOCK EXCHANGE
China XLX Fertiliser (1866.HK; CXLX.SG) says its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) module move trading
tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. topical instance in commission lots of 1,000 each. The approaching toll China XLX Fertiliser on the SGX was 51 cents (HK$2.836) terminal Friday.

Today started trading from HK? Why jumped 8 cents today suddently?!
I bought at $1 last time. This made me excited. Come on, less more my paper loss!
sold most of my xlx holdings last week at $0.515.
still holding a small amount to see if really will cheong towards $0.55 or more. most likely if this week drop below $0.5 will sell my balance holdings.
any holders think will cheong anymore?
CJ Fertiliser is much cheapter at 5X PE, compared to XLX which is 18X PE.
XLX will be reporting a much lower profit this year (its 9 months already down massively), so the PE is gonna shoot thru the roof, unfortunately.
