Hi dineshkumar, i apologize if i sound too harsh. There is no concrete news of the distribution ratio for the PSI share. But mgmt always state that they will own not less than 60% of the listed PSI, that meant a likely distribution of 5:1.  If you want the free PSI share, just hang on tight.

 In the Internet ages, im quite surprise that people are complaining that they find it difficult to find info.

 

IS there any target price for penguin? I read it was giving out shares of its new company. When will it be ? Any info on number of shares ratio ? So differcult to find such informations !! :(
