i suspect the pro $$ may be dumping to the retailers today..

may want to take some profit and see how today pans out...

thanks, freeme for your detailed explanation. Makes more sense now

bec stock price move ahead of property price. This counter like what ozone said, corrected from $9 to now $1.40++ but real property price has yet to correct so much yet right?

Their low is at 1.29-1.3, and it has bounce off a few times, so at this moment, it seems like a bottom for this counter which means, downside limited, upside gain will be strong. + the few indicator, like RSI oversold and MACD cross over, also indicate a rebound, althought it might be just a bear rally, but even if you dun have intention to hold long term, short term wise also attractive.

oh yes, I forgot to mention that while your scenario is likely, it is also possible that the stock price may (at some time in the near future) break below support of 1.27 but at this time with the rally, that's not gonna be likely

Pls help me understand this: despite the high likelihood of property counters bleeding in the red soon and for a long time ahead, why are people still buying counters like Kepland ?  Play by BB (big boys?) and retail speculators ?

I know great discount, but "why die die must buy" when there are so many other blue chips at big discount too, and the fact that this is a property counter which will take a much longer time to recover ?
