nObOdy can mOve the PRiCE of HWM at this fOrum.
Since you are happy to pick up more shares at S$0.130, attend the EGM to exercise your shareholder right to MOVE the MOTION for Shareholder Placement at S$0.130 same as the IFC and Management Placement.
If all the shareholders WANT and VOTE for Shareholder Placement, they will get it.

Up till 11:00am, only 6 SELL, out of which 2 probably needed CASH.
It is NOT a SELL down at ALL, especially when RIGHT Shares are NOW available for SALE.
The Placements and the Placement Price are nOt yet apprOved by the sharehOlders.
The EGM is for shareholders like you to VOTE on the APPROVAL or DISapproval of the:
1. IFC Placement at S$0.130
2. Management Placement at S$0.130
and to REQUEST for any other businesses like:
3. Shareholder Placement at S$0.130 to be FAIR to the shareholders if you like the price at S$0.130.
Do the shareholders prefer to let others put in their money at S$0.130 to participate in the future of HWM at S$0.130?
Or do the shareholders prefer to put in OWN money at S$0.130 to participate in the future of HWM at S$0.130?
Do the shareholder perceive that it is a SUCKER or VENTURE ANGEL to put in MORE MONEY at the BAD PRiCE or gOOd PRiCE of S$0.130?
Since both IFC (World Bank) and Management are willing to put in their OWN MONEY having KNOWN the INSIDE INFORMATION, do you think they are SUCKERs or VENTURE ANGELs ?
HWM is NOT a speculative counter like Golden Agri or Raffles Education.
What is the JUSTIFICATION for UNspeculative people to put in Significant gOOd CASH at this nOt sO BRiGHT TiME intO a nOt SPECULATiVE cOunter?
It is BEST for you to attend the EGM and put iN yOur vOte and RAiSE yOur vOice fOr yOur Own BENEFiT.

Today sell down because first day of RIGHTS converted and being traded
Many will take profit and run

May be a more simple reason than that...
Nearly all clinic assistants/admin staff are given HW shares of about 1-10 lots each in the last few years. With the added rights now converted....and their moratorium over....this is the phenomenon we may be experiencing...
But I know what you are referring too....

hmm.. doubt you can apply, from the statement released, they're selling to IFC, its an institutional investor
but pharoh88 was mentioning abt attending the EGM about it.. not sure how it works..
