Just month ago.... When I say 2.60.... Everyone will say they will dump everything they have to buy CPL.... Now 2.60, everyone seems like what to sell..... lol

If Capitaland can't sell the new Bishan condo at $1,500 psf, they will incur huge losses since they bought the land at close to $900 psf.  The local property market was quite resilient during the Lehman crisis.  In fact the property price has been increasing so this crisis will probably slow the increase rather than cause property prices to plummet with the stock.  Capitaland may be a good catch once it reaches $2.

 

Yes... Those investment asset.....

As I have always said.....  You can enter at the wrong price, but you must know how to exit at the price.....Exit is  the key to success in investment or trading.....  Many will see their investment portfolio drop at least 40% soon....

We can always install new power point there..... Just to remind the new condo now the kitchen comes without window !! When you cook you will be faint in the kitchen !

If it is intended purely for investment purposes, 'livability' becomes a secondary consideration...

I meant those who need to pay instalment for multiple units via rental income..... Very soon the rental will go down.... Gd luck...
