meanings in the Company’s announcements made on 20 January 2010 and 27 January 2010.

Further to the announcement made on 27 January 2010, the Board of Directors of Healthway Medical
Corporation Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to
announce that the Company has received the listing and quotation notice (the “LQN”) from the SGXST
on 4 March 2010 in relation to the listing of and quotation for up to 108,000,000 IFC Placement
Shares and up to 85,873,404 Placement Shares pursuant to the Proposed IFC Placement and the
Proposed Placement respectively subject to:-
(a) Approval by the board of directors of IFC being obtained for the subscription of the IFC
Placement Shares; and
(b) Approval by shareholders of the Company being obtained for the Proposed IFC Placement
and the Proposed Placement at the general meeting to be convened.
The issuance of the LQN by the SGX-ST for the listing of and quotation for the IFC Placement Shares
and Placement Shares is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Proposed IFC
Placement, the Proposed Placement, the IFC Placement Shares, the Placement Shares, the
Company, its subsidiaries and their securities.

There are many barriers and even more invisible barriers," says Loo Choon-Yong, Raffles Medical's executive chairman. Still, the company is likely to enter "within the next 12 to 24 months."
