As I've mentioned before... we should give reits or Trusts a miss as thier refinance issue will never end... run out of funds again ask from shareholders..... in the end all the DPU are from your own pocket !
like UMS Holdings and Saizen REITS..
Me vested...
So far my investment with low P/B ratio works well...

sell, sell, sell !!! CFO, CEO, CXO should retire early. Tot last year just paid dividend and today the negatiive news. what a sudden change of fortune !
even at a lost? the parent company will help????????
I don't want to short for if this counter gets suspended which in fact it should after auditor's announcement that it no longer a going concern (from CNA TV footage), will get into penalty, but if I have stocks after hearing the announcement, will sell every darn share in this.

Like wat counters? Pls elaborate
If you lost half of your investment here, I think you still can switch to buy counters whose price is half of it nav, profitable and trading around similar price to this. This way there is hope otherwise hope against hope. BOSAYOR.
this is second time after the 'old good days of surging from low of 32cent to 60's"
then all their assurance of DPU, dividend policy of paying BASE level was suddenly reversed by they bomb announcement in Aug2009 . so how the market react?? whacked 20% in that day.
this time around, auditor put in business concern !!
what market does? many investors who risk their money parking here would re think if their risk of parking money here with DPU of some 8%-10% was justified... that was when price is in high 30's to low 40's.
i remember old time OCBC analyst, who had been always on negative for this shares, put TP of something like 16.5cent ( just pluck from memory , sorry of wrong).
so it is a lesson for interest parties to re think they strategy of parking on this ship for DPU, especially when acquired at higher price..
today VERY HIGH vol sell down is bad on all TA signals.. FA was not good either. may be some analysts will make some more reports later to add salt on the wound also... so be careful..
Why nobody shout short arh hah?

Asset = US$1,264,595,000 ;Equity = US$394,577,000
A good analogy is
U have a 4-room HDB flat fully paid @ S$394, 577 and u get a 100% loan of S$870,018 to buy a 2/3 room condo. so can my condo rental covers my loan interest and installment?
wat happen today ? so scary !
They keep quiet because is a piece of negative news lor, common sense, good news will throw out fast, negative waiting to be discovered !
Ned adivce on this stock? sell or hold ? take risk? wait for re-finance if any
vy active stock today.....stock plummet as predicted! how come the company keep quite
Is it a good time to buy Jaya Holdings and Mermaid at this current level prices?

Most container vessels real value are significantly lesser than the book value due to the shipping crisis. Throw in a fire-sale and the sale price could be anybody's guess.
Maybe PST has been saving up to acquire ships from Rickmers LOL
If fire sales then it will worth much less or even nothing.
just my opinion, dont believe too much in NAV, this may worth alot less if under force sell situation
Rickmer's NAV is US$394 million.
NAV = ~$0.90..
But if it cannot stay afloat and all the ships on firesale..
I doubt they will fetch good price in current mkt due to oversupply of ships..
