then the listed companies can suka suka report their financial results lor!

no wonder many share prices also suka suka move up and down hor!

i think they already bought enough at bargain price & decided cancel order which have done yet.

 

Shareholders of Ezra have to be careful of the cancellation action on that two transactions. It's likely Ezra is not prepared to buyback at above the $3.6x level. It raises two disturbing questions. Firstly, is it a genuine mistake that they bought back at the higher level and then nullify it - is it plausible? Secondly, was Ezra possibly manipulating the buyback price which they had no intention of honoring thru self-transacted contra actions which they can cancell without difficulty?

The second action  more sensible as intra-day price actions can mislead market buyers and sellers about underlying strength.

Pinnacle, let us know what you hear from them first thing next week.

I had posted the question to Ezra on their decision to cancel the transacted share buyback.

Let's see whether they will reply to me.

 

From my understanding, it mean they have cancelled their 2 transactions of the share buyback.
How can they do it this way and why they do it, I'm not sure though.

Maybe they will have further explanation in later date.

Pinnacle, you wish to enlighted?  It means the purchased shs are thereby cancelled or what? Sellers have already disposed the shares to Ezra.

A bit irrational - want to issue bonus shares yet want to buy them back

 

now we know y they issue bonuse share, because they wan keep some, previouly low vol. also they keep buying below 3.8 -3.4,   show this stock has value

 

Looks like Erza is still buying back their share, and at a premium too.
