If can predict, then cable car will not meet the accident in 1985, and Lee Hsien Loong will not get promoted to 1 star BG. Who can predict, that is why, do matter what, I always make a point, 1st day IPO, just sell and make $$ 1st.

Always Sell IPOs within 3 days from Listing and Never Buy them for the next 6 months.

Funny leh! Why there's no mention of this one being included in the STI as component stocks. Its capitalisation is no less than CMA. Which stock will be out next......SMRT?

Wah. Those who subscribed to IPO  very frustrated. Could have saved money, and opportunity cost, if wait till now to buy. Goes to show, there are no real guarantees. No matter who the parent are.

Global Logistic Properties (MC0.SG) is down 2.1% at $1.91, after hitting a post-listing $1.87 low earlier in robust volume of 12 million shares, with its sentiment likely dented after Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao said Sunday the government will set a target of 7.0% average GDP growth for 2011-2015.

GLP has a total China GFA of 6.9 million sqm, about 71% of its overall portfolio. “I suppose if you were to take the 7.0% figure at face value, people think ‘oh no, they’re really tightening the screw’ and therefore opportunity will be significantly reduced, so if people make that correlation, that’s what this news implies on the surface for people like GLP etc.,” says CIMB economist Song Seng Wun.

However, he adds, “I think we can be a bit more discerning and think the pace of growth may slow down but the opportunity and underlying momentum remains fairly firm, the chances are that 7.0% number is more rhetoric than anything else.”

$1.88 likely to support near term.

This one seems to be able to hold up quite nicely ~ its ipo price in view of the recent market consolidation.

Still waiting for 1.83-1.71 to buy more.... can someone share its yield/dividend forecast if any?

One lot selling or buying can lift up or drag down the price.   This tactic can only be played by the remisiers or the stock brokers. I have seen this many times mostly when they are pushing the stock down, so be careful.

yummygd      ( Date: 21-Feb-2011 14:33) Posted:

kena played right now. one lot down one lot down. but no vol so even one lot down price stuck there
