Actually, looking beyond zero dividends payout FY2011, its EPS/NTA of  US$ 0.2344 / 1.33 are attractive for longer term investors. This could be a germ.

Why no divds? I read that they are looking to expend aggressively in China thru' acquisition. Moreover, the damaged warehouses in Jp need $$ to repair too. Thats why.

If I rem correctly, a substantial amt of log space is operational starting from the beginning of this yr in China. Shld see an increase in profit from China. Since the acquisition of shares in China airport space and the domestic log com "Blogis", we have yet to have anything abt their plans with the acquisition and future. Only to see issue bonds and re-shuffle of office holders. We shld be hearing from glp mgt soon, hopefully something gd coming its way.

GLP's pretty resilent, given that bulk of the exposure is in china (interest rate hikes) and japan (recovering from tsunami).....
