If I got 1 lot of Keppel shares, how many units of K-Green will I get? Anyone can advise? Thanks.
Keppel Corporation Ltd said on Thursday that it is expecting to list its infrastructure division, K-Green Trust, in the second quarter of 2010.
KepCorp said the business trust, with Senoko WTE Plant, Ulu Pandan NEWater Plant and Keppel Seghers Tuas WTE Plant as seed assets will offer a new value-creating earnings platform for the group.
Good profit..........exit too early though.

Good luck, I am sure it will not be long before the bulls will have a decisive victory on the $10 territory.
I managed to make $1.62 per share - better to keep the small profit and leave the rest to the professionals.

Kep Corp is recovering really strongly from yesterday's profit-taking. From yesterday's close $9.12, it has rebounded to 9.41 as at 3.35pm today! Amazing. I wonder how high it can go. Am holding on.
This counter has potential. I nearly wanted to take pft today but held on. I think tmr will move due to Dow strength tonight.
this counter is holding very well despite all the pessimism. So should be ok. I think i'll ave up. My opinion only.

KEPPEL Corp has made a breakthrough in the wind energy arena, with a 62 million euro (S$117.5 million) contract from Wetfeet Offshore Windenergy to build a self-erecting floating platform for deployment at the new Global Tech I offshore wind farm to be built in the German sector of the North Sea.
Keppel's Dutch unit Keppel Verolme and consortium partner Areva Energietechnik, the German unit of French energy company Areva, will build the Mobile Offshore Application Barge, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2011.
The patent-pending barge will host transformers and high-voltage switchgear to collect and convert electricity generated by the wind turbines for delivery to Germany's national power grid. It will also accommodate up to 32 personnel operating the wind farm and serve energy transmission and wind farm maintenance functions.
Keppel Verolme will carry out detailed engineering and construction work on the platform, designed by German company Overdick. Areva will design, make and instal the transformers and other high-voltage equipment.
The Global Tech I Wind Farm, 110km northwest of Cuxhaven, Germany, is being built and operated by Wetfeet Offshore. The project, which will start operating in 2013, consists of 80 five-megawatt turbines that will be able to generate 1.4 billion kilowatt hours (kWh) of power annually.
'We are pleased to participate in the prestigious Global Tech I Wind Farm,' said Keppel Verolme managing director Harold Linssen. 'This contract marks Keppel's successful entry into the offshore wind energy business, and affirms Wetfeet Offshore's confidence in our ability with Areva to deliver the best solution for the job.'
I think it is forming a cup with handle.
