what the reason behind the controlling of price @ 0.165?? To early to push it up.. or too early to push it dwn??? they should have reason?? anyone??

vested at .165cts......looking at most indicators...it at juncture of indecisve leh.....but if look at the Directional movement sys.use in peoms charting...all three lines are heading down..........my view is this bugger will trend down some more......(80% down chance lor)......trend down i will pick up more....hehehe
