Why not wait till 30th Jun to buy KGT without hving to buy Keppel if u just want KGT?
Coy projecting DPU of 3.91 cts for remainder of FY10 and 7.82 cts for FY11.
Believe KGT is likely to give regular and stable divs year after year.

I won't even bet a single cent on K-Green.
We don't know really how K-Green going to perform in the market.
I won't even consider trading K-Green unless it has traded for at least 6 months.
Even though, I've Kep Corp in my portfolio now, I won't buy more because of K-Green.

No, that is not correct. If you have 1 lot, you get 200 KGT shares.
Round down is only for the case if you have less than 5 KepCorp shares (Not 5 LOTs).

humm ... I interpret as 1000 kep Corp get 200 KGT.
But if 1004 will Kep Corp still get 200
Every 5 shares of KCL u get 1 share of KGT. If 5 lots of KCL = 5000 shares u get 1000 shares of KGT. Suppose u have only 4 shares (not 4 lots) of KCL, then entitlement to KGT is less than 1 share (i.e. u get nothing, fractional to be disregarded).
Today buyers strong at $8.50.
